Labelle steam & clean did an unbelievable job cleaning our carpets and couch. Our couch had years of dirt as we do have a dog that likes to get dirty. We mentioned to Richard that we had a yellow spray paint stain on our seats in our car. Without hesitation he went and cleaned the car and got the stains out. We had tried every cleaner possible and it wouldn't get out, we thought we would have to get it reupholstered. Truly great service and unbeatable price!

My rugcame back with so much sand in it I had to rewash it outside these people are not professionals they just take your money.

Extremely pleased with the service that Richard and Charlotte have shown on the numerous dealings that we have had with Labelle Steam & Clean!Rich is totally knowledgable when it comes to mixing chemicals and getting stains (even skunk smells) out. Although it is not always easy to hear, he tells it like it is if your carpet is extremely dirty and is honest that it may take a bit more work, cleansers etc to get things clean.Rich tackled my Mom's carpets which had not been cleaned in about 9 years and we were WOWED by the fact that he was able to get almost ALL stains out. This saved us hundreds of dollars and the land fill too!!So appreciate your expertise and thoroughness Rich!!!

I found Labelle Steam & Clean has done a superior job in cleaning my carpets. Because of animals, we have had at least two incidences where hundreds of dollars were saved because we did not have to replace carpets. ( One incident involved a skunk) Their expertise and knowledge demonstrates that they know what they are doing for the specific situation.

Richard and Carson came in today to clean a recliner chair for me. They were very friendly and professional, and they did a fabulous job. I will definitely call them again for any future furniture cleaning!

I have never seen a person so incompetent, unprofessional and so rude to customer. He was trying to give me a speech about the state of my carpet, like why would I even think about requesting your services if my carpet was already cleaned? he clearly couldn't even do his job properly because my carpet wasn't cleaned at all, I don't even know what he did to be honest. Anyway, i gave him the amount he requested so he can somehow feel better about his miserable life.

We called Richard to clean 3 old Persian Rugs. Not only did he do an outstanding job he gave us some great info on maintaining them as well. Highly recommended

Racist, i wish he fixed his attitude, and stop lying it wasn't 17 calls it was a couple of calls just because someone can't speak English well you can't treat them horribly.
