Two days ago, in the morning, we called this company to help us with a major network failure in our office in downtown. A tech was scheduled to arrive two hours later. He did not show up. We called them and they assured us that he was on his way. Two hours later, no show. We called again, and this time the said that they are dispatching a different technician. By 4 pm we decided to call a another company. They were in our office an hour later. Of course one of our staff has to stay in the office after hour until the job was done.We have lost a day of work because of the unprofessional and cavalier attitude of this company.By the way the tech never showed up.

Like most people I can't survive for long without my phone so when my iPhone 5 inexplicably stopped working I was pretty bummed and assumed it was done for. At HRT I was provided wonderful service. They fit me in right away and my phone was fixed and working like new within minutes. Their service is competitively priced and their technician was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
