I've never had a problem with this mcdonald before.Today, I went and get a large fries at curbside pickup. When it arrived, we ate a little bit of it but then when we took it out, we realised that it's only half the content. We are sure we didn't eat that much of it. When the person came out again for an order for another friend, we asked her and she said it was full" when she gave it to us. That is fine

My friend and I each had coffee, which tasted good. The person who took our order was pleasant. We didn't have any food. In keeping with more fast food places these days, the restaurant was small, and felt kind of cramped.

I've been stopping by this location regularly for lunch. Last week I got parked and semi-complained about it taking so long. Since then, the staff have become rude. They stopped giving me straws. And the big mac I got today was literally swimming in mac sauce to the point it was just trash. I doubt this behaviour is targeted, so that just means their service quality is going through a challenging point. I don't feel order accuracy and my baseline quality expectations are unrealistic, it's just unfortunate the last 5 orders or so have all felt like a waste of time and money.

Little manners or social skills in the building. And they’re slow, so you’ll have to park in makeshift waiting stalls for food that the car before you will inspect and rummage through before they realize that it’s yours. And the orders are often wrong, with food that is often served cold, old and tasteless. Want hair in it? Sure, they can do that too. Any accountability from management? Nahhhhhh. Just keep ‘em coming, folks. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but how difficult can the standards, training and practices be?

We got four Mc flurries for take away and asked for a bag since it was raining outside. The female employee straight away refused and said we don't give those bags. we only give trays and got a rude about it. They have to understand the weather conditions and least not be rude about such tiny things. This is totally unacceptable.

I wish I could give lower than 1 star!Whenever I order from them, they never get the order right, packaging is always like they are feeding to animals (thrown in a bag). Food is not at all fresh!This store has taken down the standards of McDonald’s.Whenever I need to edit something in my online order, there’s no place to write instructions and when I try to call, they NEVER PICK UP!!!!Try any other McDonald’s but this!!

Staff are way too rushed, we went for ice cream and a soda. We ended up forgetting the soda because we were all eating our ice cream. I called when we got home to ask if we could just come back and pick it up... the lady hung up on me!Please try slow down staff member and make a customer's visit more enjoyable!Edit: we went for ice creams again & the lady ringing up our order was completely rude and would not let me use the offer for $1 cones multiply. When I ordered thru the app it let me order 6 cones at the price of $1 equalling to $6.70 .. she proceded to ring me up for the full price which was double $12.50 . When we couldn't sort it out in my favor , she began giving me a very unpleasant stare. She was definitely not getting my very hard earned money treating me that way! Ended up driving more down pembina to another McDonald's location because f*k that ! Really needs work on customer service treatment!!

Absolute worst! I have never had a good experience at this Pembina location! The workers don’t care and they rotate managers like crazy. Yesterday forgot food in our order and today the same plus no cream and sugar in our teas. There has been so many times that I’ve been disappointed that it’s come to me reviewing and never going back! They’re down the street from me and the convenience of how close is not worth it at all! It’s also a higher priced location because the owners are greedy! Cya!!!

You might have rush hour but one should take customer’s order seriously. Due to rush they first took my order wrong where they added bacon instead of chicken when I told them, their supervisor came to me and told me that I should place the order carefully and from next time I should mention what I want but thing is I have already mentioned and then after 10 mins they served me wrap instead of burger . They have a bad management team

Went through the drive through and the staff kept saying hi and stopped answering. They never asked for my order nor did they hear me say my order over and over again. She then angrily told me to pull up to the window and she yelled at me and told me it’s my fault she didn’t take my order and then im holding up the line. Gave her my order at the window and then she proceeded to say nothing to me and shut the window angressively. Overall, this staff member was very rude and had horrible customer service. Not happy and will not be coming back as this is my third bad experience with the staff at this McDonald’s.
