Overall was alright, parking was easy & accessible, staffs were helpful, clean & friendly. The restaurant food was tasty, but the service of order took longer time.

This is a nice and cozy casino in a great location. The main areas are relatively clean but some of the washrooms need to be cleaner. It would be nice if the buffet operated a couple more nights per week. The main bar area is nice and the burger tasted good, but the sides could be hotter. Overall, definitely enjoyed the visit.

Overall casino is good, however I'm giving this a one star because of the unprofessional bar service. Ordered food for 2, no alcohol, at the centre bar as tipping is a choice not a requirement, the two female bartenders begin to utter no tip

This is the worst buffet I've ever tasted, not one of them. I walked around with my plate and didn't see anything delicious. In the end, I had to choose salad and steak. What's more, I was disappointed that the steak was very toughness although I have chosen medium-rare, the salad is very salty, as if I am afraid of people eating more. Finally, I tasted the cake and ice cream, and found it was terrible and full of cheap flavor. I won't go back next time.

I was playing BC Gold at your Casino on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 around 7:00pm when the machine shut down. It took several minutes to find an attendant for service and once found she informed me it would take a couple minutes. She claimed she was working with a WCB claim with 2 other gentlemen, one taking photos of her opening the machine. She said she would be back in 3 minutes and during that time serviced at least 3 other machines while I stood waiting. She claimed they were short staffed and after waiting over a half hour to get my ticket out of the machines another worker came by and got my ticket out of the machine! I feel this is a totally unacceptable practice!! Your thoughts?????

We attended a birthday party in the Alpina room inside the casino. Wow... impressive. We had our own bar, bartenders, and service staff. We were brought drink refills before we were finished (without ordering). So attentive, friendly, and caring. The staff deserves a round of applause. Great job!

I have been to sooo many casinos, and this one is such a bad experience… really a bad casino. They allow some ladies with flip flops per their convenience and they do not allow some, they did not allow my wife because she was wearing flip flops, however, we saw plenty of ladies wearing flip flops. anyways ,very very bad casino do not spend your hard earned money here , who do not care about customers and their business , the lady at the entrance literally told us after showing bunch of ladies with flip flops that “where ? we do not know? We cannot see” something on those lines, I was amazed with that reply

I was very disappointed in the buffet and staff.The buffet was a cheap selection, they even had gross cheap cutlets, dried out mac and cheese, roast beef was hard to cut with the table knife and had to pick it up and eat it. We had to use a plastic fork for there was none left, the cake was so dry it was stiff and solid. It was very dried out horrible food and a small selection for that kind of money.Then when I used the bathroom by the buffet a staff member that had short red/orange like hair and had the coat on saying buffet, so she worked there. Used the toilet and walked right out, didn't wash her hands!I won't be back at this location I'm sure. If so definitely not the buffet! June 17th 2023

Buffe menu was not bad, but the space was too small , there were only a couple of tables,and a narrow hallway.

It's okay. Nothing is bad, but nothing is great either. Honestly, ignore my review. I'm just not the biggest fan of casinos, but my friends drag me out when they go. Out door patio is nice lounge is more my style with live music
