Terrible return policy, will not take items back the same day. You must waste more time coming back, so be sure to plan ahead when using these folks. Especially if you live away from the city

Crane supply has a good selection of parts. If they don't have it they will get it in. Some of the other wholesalers struggle to do that in a timely fashion. Only knock is sometimes counter personal can be less than friendly. But ultimately it is more important to get the product vrs having a well mannered counter peson
