I have accidentally placed an order at this store which is not the right one. Therefore, I have tried phoning them for 30 times to cancel the order before it's too late but no one picked up. Absolutely horrible service.

Just your authentic Coco milk tea. Love the taste of it. The store is tiny with only two staff members, so expect a line-up during busy hours.

I had no idea what Sago was nor had ever been to Coco till today and I have to say I'm a big fan. Sago is like the miniature cousin of the tapioca pearl and you don't have to chew them since they are so small, it was a very fun texture.Anyway, the location is very small and unassuming unlike other bubble tea shops in the area. They aren't what I'd call trendy, however, the boba was delicious and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend giving it a try especially if you've never had Sago before. :)

Bubble Tea Cafe in Toronto is very popular. People can find a bubble tea place on each street downtown Toronto. I am not a bubble tea fan, but my boyfriend is. The second day we’ve downtown, my boyfriend took me to a bubble tea place called COCO FRESH TEA & JUICE. COCO FRESH TEA & JUICE has many locations in Toronto and other cities around the world. There are more than 2000 stores in the world. The one we’ve been is close to our hotel on the busiest street downtown Toronto.We have been to this place twice and every time we arrived there after dinner around 8 pm. This place was always super busy. It has big line up already. We have ordered SMALL MANGO GREEN TEA WITH GRASS JELLO, LARGE CHOCOLATE MILK TEA + PEARL, LEMON KING + COCONUT JELLO, and TAPIOCA CHOCOLATE. There are two sizes of the drinks. The large one is like $5 and the small is $4. They used all the fresh seasonal ingredients. The customers can choose the size of the cup, ingredients, sugar level for their Bubble tea. People can drink it in or take to go. We enjoyed our bubble time at COCO FRESH TEA & JUICE.

Just stopped by for a mango green tea bubble tea with pearls and coconut jelly. Loved it, so did my sister. We ended up buying another one. Sis got the lemon black tea and enjoyed it as well. It was also very busy inside when I went in (Sunday evening, Labour day long weekend) and one of the young men handling my order apologized for the delay and kept me updated with my order (there was at least a dozen people waiting inside) which I thought was very polite. I suggest ordering ahead. Overall, great beverages and warm service. Highly recommend.

Great bubble tea at decent prices! They make the drinks fast and I don't have to wait long for them. They always get my drink correct as well. Sometimes it does get crowded and there is limited seating.

Good and cheap bubble tea and other beverages. Decent size too. Like other coco, you can customize your order. Limited seating inside this location because they share a storefront with several other small restaurants. Service is fast and efficient.

Honestly, I may be wrong but I didn't like CoCo when I went to try it. I'm allergic to dairy so my options are limited, I got the strawberry slush (non-dairy option) and it was tasteless. I'm giving this place a 3 because I know they have better options there, but the question is will I go back...

Very friendly staff. Always busy but they process your order fast, so that you don’t need to wait long. They also have a great holiday special going on right now until January 31. Any size for $3.80 is pretty amazing compared to the prices of other bubble tea places in the area. I have tried most of them and they all really delicious and fresh. I would definitely recommend.
