Amazing service. Easy to book, easy to collect the car. With full insurance, no deposits, nothing. Car was brand new. Employer took us to the bus station afterwards, which was a very pleasant service. Highly recommend!

Rented a car for 4 days during our Inverness trip. Got a nice new car (it had run only 2000 miles). I had booked it online. However, when I arrived at their office, Callum very patiently helped us complete the paperwork and also explained details of the rental. Return of the car was also very smooth and fairly quick. Strongly Recommended.Ps they provide free pick up and drop from train station (which is about 7/8 mins from their office).

Excellent and stress free customer service. We made a last min decision to hire a car for the day and found the service not only well priced but very fast and efficient. We picked up from the main depot but they kindly dropped us back to the train station in the centre of Inverness after we dropped off the car.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant.Easy to navigate web site to make the booking.We flew into Inverness Airport wanting to drive the NC500. By comparison to other rental firms the prices are good. Admittedly the other firms have pick up points directly at the airport, but Arnold offer a free transfer service to and from the Airport.This was on time, comfortable and the driver we had was really friendly and helpful giving us tips for our journey ahead.The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally.Our car was excellent. Clean and only 1000 miles on the clock. The car check was made with us there. And off we went.No problems at all. Car was returned. After a quick check and handing the keys back we were taken back to the airport.The NC500 is awesome by the way.If ever renting in the area again I'll definitely be a customer

Our 2nd rental experience with Arnold Clark, first time from Inverness. We were picked up from our accomodation at Church Street on time, and brought to the office. Attended to promptly and patiently, received an upgrade to a near brand new Suzuki Grand Vitara which proved very useful for our 23 days of driving the nc500, orkney and outer hebrides! Flawless, as always.

Very nice service and the shuttle from and to the Airport was awesome.We rented a Hyundai Ionic that was a hybrid and had plenty of room. Our original car was not as big, and they were able to get us into the bigger car with no extra charge.

Expensive rental, but if you're good with the price then it's a good place to rent a car. I was driving in the UK for the first time, and they explained some quick things without making me feel stupid.
