I have used Sweet and Neat cleaning services for almost two years and I’m thrilled with the service they provide. My home is cleaned every two weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The Sweet and Neat team are friendly, efficient, respectful and reliable. I count myself lucky to have found this cleaning service. In a world where good customer service is often hard to find, it is refreshing to feel valued as a client. I have no hesitation in recommending this team.

Sweet & Neat Cleaning is a great service! They are professional, responsive, punctual, and do a great job. I’ve used a lot of cleaners and had many not show up or be unreliable- this business never has these issues. Highly recommended

This was the second time we used Sweet and Neat Cleaning's services for a deep clean. Between being away from home for a long time, lots of long family visits and 3 kids under 5, my husband and I were exhausted! We had managed to keep the house somewhat tidy but keeping the house clean, not so much. Sharon was very responsive and accommodating. Her team did an amazing job. This has given us the head start we needed before I go back to work. We will definitely be hiring them again for any cleaning job we might have in the future.

My family has been with Sharon for several years. She has always been excellent with communication and I can trust that she will do exactly what she says. She is detail oriented and it is clear from the moment I open the door that she has been. Sharon follows up to ensure that we are happy and welcomes honest feedback or requests. As a bonus, she is a genuinely kind person and my dog and son are excited to see her :-)

I don’t typically write reviews but based on the 5 star service we receive, I had to! Based on our neighbour’s recommendations my wife and I decided to hire Sweet and Neat Cleaning. Now we use them for regular biweekly home cleaning after an incredible deep clean of our home. They provide excellent service and are very responsive. I would highly recommend Sweet and Neat Cleaning for all your cleaning needs! Sharon, and her crew are awesome to deal with and very accommodating to fit our needs and schedule. Just go for it!

Great overall experience friendly staff and very reliable. It was super pleasant to come home from work and have a house that is sparkling I've got 3 kids 2 dogs and a husband believe me when I say I needed the help ! Just hired them for bi-weekly cleaning as we are a very busy family and needed help. I have diagnosed OCD and when I contacted the owner and told her I'd be particular due to my disorder she did not hesitate to take on the challenge.The team of 2 ladies were fantastic, patient, thorough, meticulous and kind. They even left a little surprise in our daughter's room, her stuffies reading a book on her bed, and she was very excited to find them that way.Highly recommend!

I hired S&NC about 3 months ago, and was satisfied with the cleaner although I found the owner’s request that I not speak to the cleaner a bit off-putting. My schedule was changed with an additional cleaner assigned to my home, to which I agreed, starting March 21., Instead of the 3 hours, cleaning time was reduced to 1.5 hours. The cleaners arrived on said date and left after 1.5 hours.The house looked clean at first glance, but upon further examination, I found that the walk-in closet had not been vacuumed except for what was visible upon entry. I also discovered that dusting was only done to what was visible. Anything behind table lamps or under low lying furniture had not been cleaned, although I had provided a swiffer mop.That evening I texted Sharon the owner with a picture of my swiffer mop used in the closet after I discovered that it had not been vacuumed, and asked her to remove me from her roaster. When one pays $186.45 for a 1.5 or 3 hours of work, it should be understood that it’s an outrageous price to pay for a less than satisfactory job on a 1900 sq/ft bungalow.I never received a reply to my text not even an acknowledgment. In looking at other cleaning companies, S&NC is the most expensive by far and users of this particular company should be leery of its MO.
