The store has quality merchandise, for work ,school,home,gym or casual ,footwear, at this time good prices, clearance. Store is clean and organized. One group of the merchandise was mixed up with the sale items, a little misleading for customers , but when was brought to the management attention, very politely was recognized that was the case and they were able to accommodate the item purchase price and make the changes, gesture very much appreciated. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good selection of casual and work wear, store is a little under staffed at times. A little pricey especially on name brand gear, look for good deals on the clearance racks and weekly/monthly flyer specials.

I'm no fashionista, but I know clothes when I see them. And they were really good at having clothes. A lot of it wasn't my size, but don't of it was so I bought some of the stuff that would fit me. I bought from the clearance rack because I'm cheap and much to my surprise, the clothes were even cheaper than the cheap price tag said they were. Score! Thanks Mark. By the way, is Mark short for Marcus, or is that your full name?

Had stuff that we ordered online during the first lockdown, we did try to return it when some of the bans lifted but they refused it then. So we returned it just the other day but would only give gift cards. Better than nothing I guess. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and apologetic.

Always enjoy coming here. Just not enough staff...needed assistance and only 2 clerks who were busy working the cash..pleasant ladies but obvious more staff needed on floor to assist the customers.

One of the worst store I have ever seen, not all but most of their customer service people are rude and unprofessional, I have been a customer of Mark's for almost 10 years but there was no sense of understanding when I wanted to return a jacket because of it's bad quality, they said since it's used I can't return it, I just used it once and return date was only 1 week after purchase date. What a terrible experience! Will never go to this store again.

I love love love this marks it's not as big as some of the other ones.What they like in size they make up for in customer service.
