Friendly staff, very helpful. Went in looking for a random little specialized part for a project I was trying to work out and when they didn’t have it they took time out of their day to help me find something they had that would work, brainstorm solutions, etc. Very knowledgable people! Everywhere else I went just immediately waved me off saying they didn’t carry it and had no clue. Very much appreciated.

These guys are amazing! Had 2 lines made by a local company in Kamloops and they were both wrong, a different local company Norcan referred me to New Line as they couldn't make what I need in the time frame I had. They had my line made in minutes at a very reasonable price! I have used this company on a few occasions and I am now a forever customer!! Thank you! you guys are amazing!!!
