I messed up the order details like 2 or 3 times, and they still managed to deliver to the right place/person.Very, very nice customer service, will definitely be buying from them again. Extremely respectable, it seems like they actually want to talk to customers and provide them good service. In this day and age, that is so ridiculously hard to find. All you find these days are scams and terrible products or terrible service. These folks take it back to pure skill, great product, and superb service.

Ordered flowers for my 92 year old grandmother for her birthday. They delivered the same day and my grandmother keeps commenting how beautiful the arrangement is.There was a slight hiccup where the teddy bear was forgotten but after calling they rectified the situation immediately. Good service and super beautiful flowers.

Beautiful flower arrangement done by the store owner. Having worked there for a short period of time, I really got to know the names of flowers and what the flower industry was about. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get flowers for someone special or even special treats like bottles of champange with chocolates. I must also add that I do miss this place too.

If you are looking for any professional and honest florists, without hesitating go to BAYVIEW FANCY FLOWERS. Their arrangements are beautiful and well priced. I placed an order of flower cake for my nephew's birthday. They made it with the fresh and lots of flowers very beautifully. Had the pleasure of ordering bouquets with Fancy Flowers for the first time, over the phone today. They were courteous and went out of their way to ensure I was happy. The arrangements are great and I am amazed at the volume and quality of the flowers I received for my order (especially compared to the prices at larger shops farther North on Bayview). Great value and honest customer service - I know where I'll be ordering flowers from now on.
