Rosita at 1-2-1 travel is AMAZING. Gave us a great group rate for 10 of us for a week long trip to Tulum. Rosita also helped me and my husband plan our destination wedding with ease. The process was fast and easy and service was great! Can’t wait to book through this company for every vacation.

These guys are the best. Sam kept looking for the best time for arrival so we could enjoy the first day in hawaii instead of getting there at 10 pm.The price was the best around. we got 5 quotes from other travel agents. We will be booking again with 1 2 1 . Thank you very much

I booked a round trip flight back in March 2020 to Dominican Republic and due to Covid 19 they had closed the international boarders. On July 2020 I called to rebook my flight and they informed about paying a $148 fee just to rebook my flight again. To my knowledge I had an original credit and I had no idea that I was going to be charged a fee again. I got charged from air Transant $148 and then 2 days later I got a credit and then after 3 days I noticed from 1-2-1 travel connection they charged me $148. So I called them and asked them why was I being charged that$148 . They were not honest with me about the company fee of $148. I called air transit and my ticket was lower in price then what the travel company told me. The difference on the ticket was only $22 and the whole point here is they were not honest with me about the cost of the ticket and to get me to pay $148 as a fee.
