I recently came across this website when searching for toys for my 2 year old's birthday. I have 2 boys so toys are always so repetitive. I am so happy to have stumbled upon jrtoyscanada.ca. I found a bunch of educational, original gifts for my 2 year old. Shipping was extremely fast, and when I had an issue with my order customer service made it right immediately and I received a replacement order the next day. Fantastic company, I will be ordering from them again and again.

I ordered a model from this store, got my purchase confirmation then my shipping confirmation. Fedex tracking revealed that the shipment has been cancelled by the store but I never got notified by them. Tried to reach them online (email and FB) with all the order info but I got a very careful answer that seemed like going around and not giving any real answer. All the infos were in the emails history but it seems like they didn't bother reading since they've asked me again for those, I gave the infos back to them and never heard of them since. My card is still charge but I have no product coming and I'm in total darkness as to what is going on, one thing is sure they still have my money and are in no rush to resolve this issue.

Great service. Super friendly staff and they took good care of me. They had a smile on the whole time and were so inviting. Even when checking out, they were jolly and fun.For corporate or groups that are buying in big quantities, the person in charge, Patrick, does a good job. They all work with a positive and happy mindset - it made one of the gift buying holiday season much easier and enjoyable. Cheers to you all!

This is a place that's open to the public from October to December (Christmas eve)I go ever year, prices are good, selection of toys for all ages, staff are great.It's a nice place to go.

This was my first experience and it was a good one. You have toys for kids all ages. Staff are very pleasant too

I went with my mom and sister on a weekday to look for Christmas presents for my nephews and was very pleasantly surprised. Brand name toys (Paw Patrol, Melissa & Doug, Mega Blocks etc.) at better prices than Walmart or Amazon. Since we were there on a weekday the place was deserted - totally worth a stop if you have young kids you need presents for.

I am highly satisfied with the selection, price and service. I will be back for all my suit needs! Usually it’s hard for me to shop for clothes as a 6’4 and 220 lbs man. Thanks to Solomon and his father
