I am very pleased with the services that they provide ! But I do not like when you try to get in touch with them you cannot talk to a person, You basically have to send them emails or use chat! I like talking to a person.

Overall we are very happy with our service. Had one occasion where our teathered for our trashcan lid was cut by a worker. I called and filed a dispute over that and it was addressed immediately. Hasn't happened since. Customer service is awesome.

They have often missed picking up my trash on the assigned day. Occasionally they text in advance (before I haul the toter to the curb.) Sometimes they text after they've missed and I have to haul the full toter back to the house. Other times they don't contact me at all. When they do miss, they do not give an automatic credit for the failed service. And they're not quick to give a credit when you call.

Two weeks they wouldn't pick up my 3 small boxes. Even had them in the can the second time. Called and the half alert employee says I have to schedule a bulk pick up. They need a bulk pick up for their lazy employees. Right on their website, it says they take boxes.

I called this morning about my garbage being missed Saturday and was told the truck was unable to drive my street . I personally watched the truck drive right by mine and picked up my two neighbors. I did explain this to the lady from WM and she did turn in a complaint but seriously there is no excuse for paying for a service and not getting what I am paying for . The workers are courteous and friendly. The trash pick up is consistant. If there is a change in day of pickup I receive an e mail informing me.
