Valentin is a great Bulgarian Bag instructor. The class gives you a full body workout and it is an excellent addition to any strength and conditioning regime. The gym is also very spacious compared to the martial arts places you will see in Toronto.

Senpai Valentin is the best karate instructor, who can show you highly effective fighting techniques in great detail. He is passionate about karate and pushes his students to give the best of themselves, learn and develop. Great energy boost for parents after work and definitely the place to send your child to learn essential self-defense skills. Both my son and I enjoy every practice in the dojo.

I am fortunate to have joined the Kraster Kyokushin Karate Academy. The teaching is top notch, as it is very methodological and broken down in great detail. Senpai Krastev's passion for Kyokushin is unparalleled and while discipline is a must we also have a lot of fun along the way. Great dojo, exellent teacher! Bulgarian bags class is a real workout! Valentin is a great instructor who really ensures that each person is reaching their full potential! I would absolutely recommend his classes and style of teaching!
