They say “a man’s home is his castle.” And they couldn’t be more right. From the moment I walked through the front doors of my suite at The Palm in North York I knew I was home. The experience was everything I had hoped it would be. Purchasing a new home is a substantial investment and requires a leap of faith. In this case, my leap of faith was rewarded with a customer service experience I won’t soon forget. From my initial inquiries all the way through to the after-sales service, I have been overly pleased time and time again by the Castle Group Developments staff.

With a name like Bellair Gardens you’d expect something that is a cut above. And in this case you would NOT be disappointed. Castle Group Developments delivered on every promise at Bellair Gardens. In fact, I take great pride in living in a building that has won numerous industry accolades for best building, and best suite design, to name a few. The thought and care that went into it extends to their approach to customer service and décor options as well. It’s everything you would expect from a name as regal as “Castle” Group and “Bellair” Gardens.

The design, the location, the finishes (I could go on) have been nothing short of top notch all the way around. Perhaps, the worst builder in Canada. They are the builders of Palm Condos. I have bought an apartment in Palm Condos and after 3 years, there are emerging problems in our unit. First of all, all the laminate flooring has gaps due to poor installation. The popcorn ceiling was done in such a terrible manner that it looks like a child has done it. The baseboards are peeling off and many more defects. They are one of the worst builders in Canada. Please save your investment and stay away from anything that is being developed by them.

First off, I never dreamed I would EVER buy a condo. EVER! Until I learned what Bellair Gardens had to offer. From the building and suite designs to its location and building amenities, this award-winning building changed my mind. It had everything I needed. Prime location, spacious suites, and the kind of craftsmanship you don’t normally find in a condo building. I can confidently say that purchasing with Castle Group Developments is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

With so many condos popping up all the time in Mississauga it was difficult to choose. Until I learned of the combination of location and building amenities that Tuscany Gates had to offer. It truly made my decision that much easier. Then to be treated in such a professional manner by people who truly love what they do was an absolute bonus. Bottom line: I’ve purchased at Tuscany Gates because of the people at Castle Group Developments, they made the process enjoyable from the absolute beginning. Thanks Castle Group.

this company should probably be investigated for malpractice, the low quality materials, the terrible build quality, the careless construction....they cut as many corners as possible... what they did with 5740 Yonge Street is nothing short of a disaster

My wife and I are anxiously awaiting the move-in date for our suite at VIDA by Castle Group Developments. If the building itself is even one tenth as positive an experience as the purchasing of it then we will be over the moon happy. The building itself is a real testament to Castle Group’s cutting edge design philosophy – they really care about the building construction and they stand behind everything. What a great building, well done Castle Group.
