Received a watch for retirement from employer. Went to get a battery changed and was told if I didn't but it there they wouldn't change it.Too bad, I had dealt with them in the past and was pleased but I guess they gave up on the customer service aspect of the business. Last visit, they are far too busy for me.Update:I appreciate your response Michael. Not sure about the not unique" part. I simply drove down the street to MT Jewelers and they were happy to help. Was able to pick up my wife's birthday present there also. Friendly

My partner created a custom engagement ring with the help of the store. The ring is absolutely stunning! I’ve had good customer service experiences every time I’ve been in the store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, quality jewelry reasonably priced. The pendant I bought for my girlfriend's platinum chain didn't fit as the clasp on the chain was too wide. A return trip and quick discussion and I left it for John to work out. He got the two of them together for us, everything looks as beautiful as I knew it would and John finished the save with no charge"Can't recommend them highly enough."

John is amazing - I took a leap of faith and took my grandmothers old diamond ring in for resizing or adding to.. he encouraged me to leave the diamond alone and just resize as it was a beautiful heirloom… I agreed and he called a few days later offering a discounted appraisal which I accepted - it was way more valuable than I thought! Thank you John - you better believe I will be back! Extremely trust worthy, quick and efficient - I can’t say enough good things!

Best Customer Service! My wife hurt her hand, and her ring finger got very swollen! She went to the fire station, who called John Anthony jewellers to help cut off her wedding ring. She arrived and they were warm, caring and gentle - and made sure the ring had minimal damage when they cut it. She will be back soon, to have them weld it back together! Thank you John for helping her, during that scary time!

I want to send a huge thank you out to John Anthony Jewellers. They were able to quickly and cleanly cut a ring from my finger that I was not able to remove. I just dropped in, had the ring cut and was leaving in 5 minutes. Thanks!!!!

John was so helpful he wasn't even open on the day I called, but he waited for me to come by and helped cut my ring (which was stuck on my finger). Honestly amazing man, can't say enough good things. He even gave me a lollipop to help soothe my nerves about cutting my wedding ring!!
