Watched a staff member sneeze into drinks, didn’t wash hands after and then proceeded to serve them, not only this but my food took forever and staff were rude it wasn’t even that busy, which is when I would usually excuse such behaviour, don’t recommend here unless you’re in a pinch

If this tim Houston’s staying open hinged on the skill of the employees, it would be closed 10 times over. Consistently getting orders wrong, and rushing people thought to improve metrics. It’s actually impressive how poor the performance is here. The hole just keeps getting deeper.Service Intelligence of a toad.

Happy people. Even gave a little extra for end of shift. A real Tim Hortons inside a gas station. Not just a simple coffee corner, put a full-fledged real Tim Hortons. I did not have to cross the street . Unfortunately this survey doesn't want to recognize that you stopped for a snack. Delicious Double-Double with a donut or 6

It's a kiosk connected to a gas station. REALLY dirty, no napkins. I asked for my bagel to be double toasted, but it was not. Also, I asked for cream cheese to be spread on both sides of the bagel, it was only spread on one side. The coffee was fresh

You have a headset for a reason, learn how to use it. Worst timmies always have a problem here and friends are starting to say the same. They can’t properly mix Ice caps, barely communicate and supposedly can’t serve certain food past 4 even though it’s 4:22 I rather live in Syria under isis control than buy from here again.

Come regularly but all staff has full of attitude. I think hire responsible staff, always wrong order, sometimes ask half coffee half French vanilla but get only French vanilla it's not one time many times happen. Egg muffins one Bread hot one side bread super cold like freeze, wraps not proper wrapped. If we complain any employee next time that employee not serve even he/she on till saw us and ask another employee to serve. I don't know is this actually a business or home. If this happens regularly that day not far Tim Horton brand name will be hide from business industry. Don't gave your branch in unprofessional management.
