A1 Waterproofing

I recently had work done on my foundation. From the estimate to the completion of this project A1 Waterproofing far exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed every step of the way which was greatly appreciated. The workmanship was excellent and much to my delight they even managed to preserve the condition of the garden which I didn’t expect them to do. I will use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I got a flat waterproof from A1 Waterproofing. Work completed on time and within budget. Excellent service and follow up. Well done by well-trained staff led by Ryan who is very professional and courteous.Would recommend them for repairing and water proofing.

A1 was really good to deal with - no high pressure sales and no multiple follow up calls. The work was extremely clean and neat, doing exactly what they said they were going to do. It looked like the foundation had just been poured like new. Luke did most of the work, his enthusiasm and dedication to his work is something I have never seen before. I hope I will never need them again but if I do I well definitely use them and recommend them.

Ryan was supposed to be at my house this morning at 8, no call to say he’d be late, or absent…. I’m a plumber that gets asked for this service all the time but can’t recommend someone that is too lazy to even show up. Extremely unprofessional and will be taking my business elsewhere

I do not recommend. The potential to waste your time exists with this company. Did not appear focused on customer service.

The guys are nice and all but don’t be fooled. The businessship is very unprofessional, they don’t reply to messages, or finish the job, guarantee is a joke. We payed them half up front and was more then willing to pay rest when completed. Every day they kept asking for more money, more money, that’s all they cared about. The work was very poorly done, I was forever picking up metal pieces of pipe or clay pieces from were they previously dug and just scooped it all back in(so beware if u have little kids around) the membrane is coming off wall, wrecked the foundation (only done a month ago, but to them that’s just cosmetic)Only one half of the house is hooked up to the sump pump( but no big deal, they say it’s not necessary) and definitely don’t count on your property looking the same as it was unless you pan on doing it. They sprinkled some grass seed on top and called it a day, birds ate it, I’ve been stuck dealing with the destruction of hiring this company.

A1 waterproofing was excellent to deal with. The team was professional and courteous, always arrived at their promised time, and cleaned daily.They went above and beyond in how they approached work and treated us as customers.I would highly recommend A1 Waterproofing. Best contractor I have dealt with.

Quality work at affordable prices. The team is here this morning. There were a few unforeseen issues, but I was offered a few different options (at no extra cost). Everything is well explained. The team is very professional. I have used Extended Basement several times and have always been very satisfied with their service from start to finish.
