I understand that there are staff shortages everywhere now, but this doesn’t excuse having horrible customer service and poor manners. Many of them do not speak English, and it shows that they really don't care. The person I dealt with did not respond to me (even though it was clear that she heard me), threw things back at me, was moving slowly on purpose, refusing to let me apply for a loyalty card. The manager was nice. Forget Winners, shop online you will find better deals and not have to deal with such terrible treatment!

Lots of variety, prices are decent. Never had an issue there before until this guy that York see in the photo was pretending to be working but the whole time lurking around different people. Lines are insanely long and may need to get more cashiers to help with the flow of the irritating customers.

Standard Winners but it’s not that big so not a lot of variety unfortunately.They do have a big parking lot and it’s at a convenient location.Also, it’s a plaza so there’s a lot of other stores.

unlike the other busy winners this one is so clean and organized, service is also beautiful and friendly, a lady with blonde hair was very nice and helpful to me while I saw she was very busy, she brought me trolley and also walked with me trough the dresses and help me to pick something for my mom and pregnant sister. also same person helped me at my checkout, she was so professional and sweet, Also the supervisor, Helen, was so kind and respectful when I asked her something. overall it was a good day shopping there. the only thing was long wait for cashing out but all are understandable. This is one of the best winners in toronto. I will go back definitely,

I had a good shopping experience at this winners. Surprisingly did not have the WOW" factor this time around at this location it was more of an "OK". I expected to want almost everything in the store like my last visit to this location pre-pandemic but it was more of a "nothing to see here" kind of experience. I still could say that I was "winner" because I found something I liked that was different than any other top I found. I know retail stores are still getting their spring products in right about now and perhaps I need to come again in a few weeks?It's difficult to shop sustainably when almost everything is made in countries where they pay workers below living standards

I've been to this store once. Honestly the best Winners I've ever been to. They had a bunch of rare items. Even the watch section was nice. If that's what you're in to.

Very kind, understanding and supportive Manager/Supervisor by phone today. She helped to resolve my product matter very quickly and thoroughly. Later at the store, Cashier continued providing this same type of excellent customer service.

Poor customer service. Rude staff. I bought a pair of shorts from Laird Dr location 9 days ago which wanted to return and I had the receipt, and went to this location to do the return. Unfortunately, the price tag was detached. But the sale person told me that she could check by the original tags which were attached. She checked and claimed that the receipt does not belong to the shorts. She was sure and felt entitled not to double check. I told them that I was sure that the receipt belonged to the shorts, but all she did was repeating herself. I asked another staff and she also justified and didn't bother themselves to double check.I went back to Laird Dr location and the staff found the shorts on the receipt promptly and the refund was done. I asked the staff if the people in this location could refund and they confirmed that they had to refund it as the receipt was correct.
