Fantastic service from beginning to end! I contacted Upright Mobility Aid Rentals regarding a knee Walker and received a call back from Brenda within the hour. We made arrangements for a drop off to our home. The Walker arrived in perfect condition and was a life saver for my husband who broke his foot. One week before the end of the rental we were contacted as discussed to see if a renewal was needed. Great reminder! Drop off was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Terrible business, they don't ship to your doors, you still have to go and pick up at their locations (which by the way are not even store fronts, just storage places). Not helpful.

Excellent service! Having a reliable knee walker was a game changer while I was non-weight bearing with a broken foot. The owners were available for any questions I had, and the process ran so smoothly and easily from beginning to end. Thank you for making such a difficult time easier to manage!
