I had an absolutely wonderful massage experience at Studio Zen! Patricia has amazing energy and such strong knowing hands, arms and elbows! She was able to locate areas of pain and work them out. Such attention to detail. Zen spa location is fabulous, so peaceful and relaxing!

ok overall experience. I got both a massage and facial off of groupon. I am always interested in trying new places. the massage was OK. I was asked to wait in the hallway between my massage and facial...which made for a funny (but not great) experience. it was cold and quite awkward. the facial with Claudia was very good. she is good at her job. I saw results immediately and have received compliments on my skin. Also, unlike my massotherapist, Claudia was early.

I suffer from chronic pain and severe MS flares. James as been the best relief i could find after years of searching for a proper massage therapist. Whatever your issue may be, he has a solution and adapts to your constant changing needs. Amazing. 10 on 10.

The staff in the studio is always so kind and so professional. They make sure that the experience is always as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The studio itself is always very clean and sanitary. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a laser hair removal service.

I purchased a Groupon for a year of laser hair removal treatments. Went this past week for a consultation and was told that my skin complexion was too dark for the machines they had, but they would still do a spot test and if my skin darkened or lightened then I should request a refund through Groupon. After the spot test I was told they'd call me after 72 hours but I haven't received a call and am disappointed that in 2020 people with dark complexions are still being excluded from the beauty industry. They clearly know not everyone comes in the same shade and as a business should have the tools to accommodate those requesting their services or at least refer me to someone that does. Please do better when it comes to inclusivity.UPDATE: Getting a refund from Groupon was extremely difficult and I was also contacted by the owner with an animus message asking me to edit my initial review.

Just had a wonderful facial. Easily one of the best I have ever had. Not a pretentious place, just very clean and efficient. The staff are lovely and they know their skin ! The level of detail and quality of the service was really exceptional, at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend !

A highly recommended place!This is the best facial services i received. when i came there i had a lot of dark spots and they started fading away after a few treatment. now i can barely see them. My skin texture has greatly improved. Usually peeling treatments cost so much, but the price was very abordable and the treatment really effective. try it and you won't regret it.
