Michael is very methodical and detailed with everything he does with his business. He priorities customer satisfaction and service and is always a knowledgeable and nice person to deal with. I have dealt with him a few times for parts on an older car I purchased recently as well as my new car that required parts that needed replacing and Michael was very helpful in finding oem or better replacements. He even inspected the items before he handed them over to me and he saw one small piece that had chipped during shipping and immediately apologized and ordered a replacement the same day and gave me an eta on when it would arrive and that he would drop it back off personally. I will definitely be using DNA for all my other cars and their parts and fluids when I need to replace again because DNA service sets the bar on what other companies have forgotten how to do which is quality customer service.
