the fellas did a great job on the windows. Fast, thorough, respectful and careful in and around the house as they did the washing. The garage roof looks great after a chemical wash which turned out a bit more difficult than expected because of how much debris had collected over the years They persevered and we are pleased. Nice job guys!

They arrive on time, did a fantastic job on the roof and windows, and cleaned up all the debris/moss that came off the roof. Will definitely use them again, and can highly recommend.

We have been using The Window Viper the past couple of years to clean our gutters, and have been happy with their work. This time we had them clean gutters, wash windows and do a soft wash of our house. Our house looks like new. We have been very happy with the quality of their work and will continue to use their services in the future.

TL;DR- Ended up paying $$$$ for a job that was never done properly. Would NOT RECOMMEND.We hired Window Viper to clear the moss off our roof and clean our gutters in mid-October of 2022. They showed up on the agreed upon date, cleaned off the moss, and left. We discovered a couple of weeks later they had not touched the gutters, which were full of debris from years of neglect from the previous owners.We called them back, and two guys were up there for hours cleaning out all the gunk. We thought we were good…Then the snow came, and the melt following showed that our down spouts were all completely blocked with years of decomposition, causing water to cascade down the side of our home, straight to the foundation. Needless to say, this is not what you want as a home owner.It specifically states on their website that they will clean all gutters, downspouts, and make small repairs when noticed/necessary as a part of their service. We paid close to $1000 for a job that was never finished.I contacted them about the downspouts ,and have received zero response. Super unprofessional. Would not recommend, and advise others to steer clear.

These guys were awesome. They set up within seconds. The windows were done in a flash. One would think doing things so fast, there has to be some complaint. I checked every last window. Not a drop or streak remained on any windows. They did everything from the ground I have skylights in one house never thinking they could get to it, but they did it. Very polite and informative. I would recommend these professionals to anyone.Thanks again for my sparkling windows

Chris gives his quotes quickly and they are very reasonable. Appointments are made immediately but he is also flexible. Nice work, friendly service and he's happy to follow up, if necessary!
