Get what you pay for. Which is.. well it's extremely cheap. And it's just bad. Dog kennels in 2023 have a MUCH higher standard than this place. Smells bad, small cages, just barking and stress for your pets. Skip at all costs. Drive as far as you need to get a better place

Picked up my dog several times and he often smelled of urine and was quite traumatized. They say they let them out yet I have never seen them let a dog out anytime I've been there.

Clean facility. Absolutely wonderful owner/operators. Beautiful setting/space.

Gisela was great!We boarded our Border Collie who is shy and sound sensitive. Our regular place was fully booked, and we were in a bind. This turned out to be a great thing.After 15 days we picked Arrow up and he was happy and looked and smelled great.We left him during that snowfall and all the rain. When I picked him up? He look like a fresh groomed dog.I hope that we can use this place more often. We were quite worried as he was sensitive, but I think that the other dogs barking and the stimulus was actually good for him.I’m very happy and the dog is too.Thank you!!

Black Creek Boarding Kennels are accommodating to last minute requests when they have availability. I appreciate they keep each dog in a separate kennel, and I feel comfortable leaving my dog there and not worrying she will get injured through negative interactions with other dogs. Reasonably priced and very reliable. Friendly owners.

The only special thing about this kennel is the smell of urine, it is exceptionally strong. My dog is absolutely social and she refused to enter this kennel. Dogs are packed together in small stinky kennels and are not let out until you pick them up. The only thing good is the price but honestly it is not worth it. Dog still stinks after 2 baths and 2 weeks. Price is aprox. 40% cheaper than other places but you don't get any more than what you pay for. Only came here because it was the only one available within 100km of my location, next time I'll book proper place early or extend my search for kennels to anywhere else on the island".The 1 star instead of 0 star is because dog was not injured. Traumatized but not injured. Dog's been to 15 difference kennels across Canada and out of them all I have not seen a place so bad."

This place is amazing, whenever I go there with my dog there’s friendly service, and they always let the dogs out for a long time so they have plenty of time to run around.
