Parasitic property speculators who contribute nothing to London while taking so, so much. These outfits oughtta be illegal in this country. Homes are for people, not trading cards for rich investment firms to hold hostage in the pursuit of profit. Evil, evil business practice.

This company buys property and sits on it. When it buys something with the express intent to “develop” it, the building/site many times sits vacant (old london library, london free press building, etc.). Google “Farhi London” to see how many broken promises have been reported by the news media. This company might have a better reputation if it added value to the city instead of leaving so many heritage and other significant properties vacant.
