I have yet to successfully connect with the receptionist. Always voice mail, and never have I ever received a call back from him/her. Very poor.

Is there an option of minus stars??? I was trying to stay local and keep my money in the province. FYI!!! Don’t, bank somewhere else. I was using this account as a emailing E Transfer account. Apparently that is too hard for them as they have no support or answers to missing email money transfers. I would also like to thank the branch manger Angela or what ever for going above and beyond in declining to help!!I have saved double my downlayment in another bank account for land in NS and now will be getting my mortgage elsewhere.Best part is I am on hold SURPRISE
