I went in today about 12:30pm and spent a crazy amount on 7 fish and at about 4 pm my wife had told me 4 of them dead called the shop and was told not my issue got home at 5pm the rest are dead so after spending over $100.00 on fish for my boy they all die a few hours later can’t say I will ever buy anything from this local store again I will drive into the city

I asked if they had any algae eaters. They showed me some panda garra. I bought two as well as a labidochromis caeruleus (electric yellow African cichlid). They also have a lovely cat who greets customers! A win win for me.

I visited the pet store today to see if I would be picking some items up for my smaller animals and supporting a local business for the first time in a while. Unfortunately while I was in the store taking a look around I noticed that the turtle enclosure was very very dirty. This is a turtle and enclosure that has been there for many, many years, this turtle deserves a proper enclosure including proper hides, and a CLEAN tank. While looking around the store at the fish as well, I noticed that the betta fish tanks" are cups
