I ordered a replacement circulation pump for my hot tub and it got here in less time than it took for the local dealer I purchased it from to even return my calls or email. Great advice for helping with the install and I ended up with a better quality pump then was originally in the tub. If I need anything else I know where to go. Great service, advice after normal business hours, prompt service.Thanks!

Worst company. I called them to fix a small leak from a seal and he coax’s me into getting both pumps rebuilt, charged me $250 more than agreed, didn’t show up on 6 different appointments with no notice. Finally shows up with the wrong parts. Takes another week to get to new parts. Finally comes and “fixes” my hot tub- tub keeps flipping the breaker, he said he tested the heater before he left and it was working, their was no water in the tub when he tested it causing the element to burn out, he did come back out and change the element which he tried to charge me for. In the end my hot tub is at 43 degrees and not heating, I’m out $800. We’ve already filed in small claims court. Don’t recommend.

An old hot tub came with the property I purchased. I had heater issues starting it up. Dave and his son diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part and had me up and running two days after I called. Then, when I had another unrelated issue they came back and showed me what was wrong for free. It is an old tub so I am sure over the next few years other things will fail. When they do I will call All Hot Tub Repairs.
