Bison Family Medical Clinic

That’s my first comment on google reviews, and it is just because I care about you people, if you really care about your health, never ever go to bison clinic. I went there for an old wound that was bleeding, Dr. Ghoneim looked at my wound, and he press on it a few time, and it started bleeding, he didn’t even bother to use bandages for my wound, I ended up going to dollar tree to buy bandages. I also ask for a note for something else, he told me to come tomorrow and book another appointment while he didn’t have any patient to see. Worst doctor ever, they don’t even care about you, they just want to make appointment to get more money from insurance. I should have stayed home instead of wasting my time and energy there.

This clinic is such a poorly run medical facility. I phoned requesting for a physical exam, as my normal doctor has left the clinic, and based on a recommendation from a friend, i asked for a specific doctor for a physical. The receptionist asked for my name, DOB, and verified that i had not had a physical within the past year, and then booked me 3 weeks later. No problems. The day of said appointment i get a phone message that my appointment has been cancelled because i am not a patient of that doctor. You knew that when i booked!!! I booked half a day off from work, and they tell me 4 hours prior. Worst part, not even an apology from the receptionist. Extremely rude, and oblivious to their own incompetence. The staff at McDonald's is more professional than them. Smarten up!

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I came here with ear and throat pain, 2 weeks after having started a cold. I was told it would be a 1 hour wait, but I ended up waiting 3 hours, just for Dr. Ghoneim to tell me to go home and take some Advil. I am feeling very disappointed, as I had already been taking Advil and Tylenol daily for the past 2 weeks and I was hoping to receive some antibiotics to finally make the pain go away. I would not recommend this place.

After waiting an hour, Dr.Ghoneim did not even examine me, and rushed through the whole visit. Didn’t get anything accomplished and don’t trust what he told me. Went in because I needed a throat swab, and he said there was nothing wrong with me at all. When I questioned him, he got defensive and just told me to that he “did a very good throat swab because he almost made me cry during it”. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I walked out without saying anything because he is useless. Going to get a second opinion tomorrow because i’m not convinced he knows much. After reading the reviews on him, I should have saved myself an hour and not gone in the first place.

I came for a walk in to see my family doctor and the receptionist told me that I only have 3 people in front of me.I am still waiting here for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the receptionist told me that I am the next. But, surprize! Two other people were invited in the rooms! When I asked her why, she told me that they have appointments, when I heard clearly at their check in that they were walking in.

I had a terrible experience at the clinic.The clinic did not care about me when I was suffering from severe kidney pain.They asked me to wait for about an hour, and my status is emergency.I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.Rude receptionist.

I had my x-ray done and they do not follow up with me. I called them three days in a row and I got no reply from the doctor regarding my x-ray.The doctors" are more like office clerks

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. Ghoneim, whose unprofessional behavior left a lasting negative impression on me. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism from someone who is entrusted with our health and well-being.I strongly advise against visiting this clinic, as the doctors seem to have no understanding or concern for your symptoms. The only reason I initially chose this place was because they offered late hours. However, I have decided not to give them any more chances.

Tried to charge me $50 to fill out a sick form for my work. Receptionists aren't great. Only reasons I continue to go is it's close and not as busy as other ones in the area. Had to come back and had an even worse experience. Literally any walk-in is better. Do not go here.
