I contacted Infomatrix to help upgrade to a Solid State Hard Drive on my older laptop. He (Josh) was very personable and gave great advice - going above and beyond, helping with a few other issues. The job was finished quickly and for a good price. Would definitely recommend!

I'm the Executive Director for a non-profit here in Southern Alberta. We hired Infomatrix after seeing their work at another organization in the area. The representative (Josh) worked within our budget and time frame without issue and was extremely patient and professional when staff asked questions during the onboarding process. We are very happy with our decision to bring him on for our long term IT support and remote office access.

Best place for your laptop repairs! I contacted them via email and had a very quick response. I dropped my laptop of at his house and within 2 hours he had a problem diagnosis and by the next day around noon it was fixed and ready for pickup! Great affordable price as well! Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back for any future technology issues!!
