Very rude behaviour of your employee (white women, short gray hair). It wasn’t 10 pm yet (at least 5 min before, so between 9:53 and 9:55 pm) and I knew exactly what I want but she didn’t let me go in and worst she talked to me in a very bad way in front of her colleagues and made me feel very uncomfortable. She yelled at me and repeated “we are close” in a very aggressive way! You can check the video, which must be recorded! I need someone to check what happened and to call me for an explanation

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. An old white female, short gray hair at theBeauty Boutique (wouldn’t provide her name) and another associate her name is Pretty are terrible, extremely rude and on a power trip!? They are not qualified nor they’re equipped to deal with customers. Those two cashiers needs more training and coaching, and should be held accountable for their behaviour.
