I purchased a set of Firestone Weathergrip for my 2016 caravan in nov/22 from midas in Midland ON.These tires are probably the best tires ive ever had although i havent driven in heavy snow yet.They are actually quieter than my OEM tires and handle as good if not better.Price was great as they even price matched for me.I wound definately recommend this tire and Midas Midland 5star Allison was great to deal with very professional and knowledgable with tires Thanks again for your good serviceDave Wasaga Beach

Great service. Friendly staff. Only thing I didn't get $10 off promotion. I mentioned it but then forgot to check my bill. No big deal. Very satisfied.

The staff at Midas always find a way to make me feel respected as they explain to me any work that is needed to service my vehicle. They put a lot of energy into helping me really understand what they are communicating. I'd also like to give special commendation to their office manager, Allison, who seems to have the most uncanny skill of being efficient at doing her job WHILE remembering each client's personal story and truly seeming interested in what we're up to in our lives. I think my YARDIS II loves visiting Midas for maintenance and service as much as I enjoy the experience.

I know very little about cars and they are extremely informative and even when i think there is an issue with my vehicle they will be 100% honest with me and not try and upsell.I've gone in to get my car inspected several times thinking there would be an issue that id have to fork out money for but they are not trying to oversell and do exactly what is expected of them.The woman at the service desk is extremely kind and always makes sure i understand everything and is very personnable and good with customers.

Went for an inspection, got told I needed $1,000 in repairs. My car was in near mint condition, so I questioned this. Took my car elsewhere for 2nd opinion, my car was perfect. I do NOT recommend Midas, they are scammers trying to steal your hard earned money.

Very impressed with this shop. I came in to have them check a rattling noise under my car, suspecting it was a heat shield. They got me in same day, put it up on the hoist, tightened loose bolts and actually took me over and showed me what the issue was. And then charged me NOTHING for this amazing service. The best part was, while I was waiting, I overheard the mechanic speaking to another customer about the things his car needed. Instead of telling him he needed to fix everything under the sun or he'd be in serious peril, the mechanic sat down with him, explained that some component would need repair at some point, but right now it's not actually broken so he could leave it for the time being and it might last a few more years or a month, but why fix it before it's broken. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to hear a mechanic speak honestly to a customer. I am so impressed and will be coming back here in the future for certain.

Allison and the guys were friendly and professional. They did a great job on the oil change and inspection for the Railside Performance Q5 with honesty and a smile. Thank you.

The worst experience a person can ever have. Never going back. They would just do whatever they want with your car. I got quote for the good year winter tires, that i wanted on my car and these were on the deal at that time. So, I finalized everything and came back to my appointment for tire change. After everything was done and paid. they informed me that instead of good year tires they put on the firestone ones. When I tried to negotiate with the they just started convincing me about the firestone ones and keep them on. Also the complaint centre or the head office would do nothing. They called me back only to tell me that i have options like either I keep the tires or return them in a resalable condition for my refund and go somewhere else or I pay more money gat the good year ones. I had a friend who also experienced the worst service ever. The other funny thing is they told me that my all season tires are getting bad when i just got those changed just recently from somewhere else. They are just ripping off there customers.

I've always had good experiences with this shop. I trust that they take care of my vehicle, and they are upfront with pricing and services. Joe (the owner) drove me to work when we realized that my vehicle would need to stay in the shop for the day. Allison at the front desk has always been pleasant to talk to. The staff are competent and always seem to be in a good mood, too!
