The lady who works there (owner's mom?) was very friendly and patient, taking the time to help me fuss over multiple frames for as long as I wished. Finally, I went with her very first recommendation and am very happy with my choice. She also gave me a good discount due to Doctor's prescription, but still I find metal frame prices have doubled over the past 5 years.

I had been looking for a place to buy my first pair of contact lenses. I must say that the staff at Erin Mills Optical is very professional and helpful with their clients. The optician was very patient focused while teaching me how to use it. The prices are very reasonable too! Highly recommended.

The customer service at Erin Mills Optical was beyond what I had expected. The staff members were very kind and welcoming. They were patient and helped me choose the colour of my lens. Erin Mills Optical came highly recommended by a very good friend who claims that her whole family has gone there for years & have always been satisfied with the product & service. So I decided to try it out & have gone back several times.Tanveer & his mom,Shahina ( I hope I got her name right) have always been very pleasant, professional & willing to work around our budget.Now the rest of my family does there,too. Earlier this year it was my first time at Erin Mills Optical- came highly recommended by my friend who has been their regular customer for several years. I was pleasantly surprised- great customer service - Tanveer and his mother went all out to help me with my new prescription and choice of frames. Unfortunately once I started using them- the glasses were causing me considerable discomfort and difficulties. Tanveer was very accommodating - we picked alternate frames that worked perfectly and he didn’t charge me any extra for that. I truly appreciate their efforts- and have been constantly recommending them to my friends and family.
