Its not modern hotel.Holes in the curtains. They need To review there cleaning standards.They need some upgrading.

Beautiful facility surrounded by a picturesque atmosphere. Quick drive to all attractions and plenty of good places to eat nearby. I only gave two stars for the following reasons:1. We stayed for 8 nights. I know room cleaning is limited due to COVID protocols. However, if a guest is in your hotel for 7 nights and requests cleaning, you should not refuse. Even in my own home, I change my bed sheets every 5 days. I had to clean the toilet and tub myself.2. They signs that say, leave your dirty towels by your door and they will be replaced with clean towels". I did that twice and my towels were taken but not replaced. I had to ask housekeeping for towels and they act like they're doing you a huge favor by giving you clean towels. Extremely stingy.3. Television channels are very limited. Most are not authorized.4. AC did not work properly and was turned off during the night."

We stayed at this hotel June 10/12 2023. We were shocked to see our lamp shade was torn and living room window curtin also badly ripped. Can't believe you would rent a room like that. Last morning really enjoyed my Luke warm shower. Hopefully you will correct these problems. Breakfast was very good.

***Avoid this place***I hate leaving bad reviews but this is a must. As I am hiking the confederation trail, I fell behind and couldn't make it to my reservation on Monday night, I called Airmiles (Expedia) to cancel that very morning but they couldn't, it was too late based on the hotels policy. The next morning I called the hotel asking if I could stay there that night, since they already got my money from the night before which I hadn't used. After some big talks with management it was decided that they would keep my money but would not let me have a room. Unreal. Then to make matters worst they blamed it on Expedia. Expedia, which was already sending them my money.These folks have absolutely no compassion for travelers, and absolutely no drive for customer service. They can't even pull it together for a solo hiker on a Tuesday in April, embarrassing.

Excellent place to stay if in Summerside! Breakfast was good and the service is excellent. Great views from the harbour front windows. Helpful staff, great parking, lots of food options around. Wi-Fi is decent. Didn’t use the pool or sauna but nice to have these options. The room was spacious and quite comfortable.

This place was a dive. The furniture was old and shabby, the caulking and grout in the bathroom was stained and mildewy, the sofa was covered in pet hair, lampshades were cracked. The breakfast was good and redeemed it from a 1 star to a 2 star. Also, I must say when we told the front desk about the pet hair they sent someone up right away to clean again. But my opinion about possible cleanliness of the place had already been made.

After months and months of trying to get a resolution, I have been met with very rude people ignored by the manager, refuses to speak to me matter fact I’ve never spoken to him. He always says he’s busy and will return my phone call. That’s both managers I have gotten their emails. I have emailed them numerous times without any reply, I thought Canadians were supposed to be friendly, but they found every root Canadian and they’re all working at this hotel. The hotel had no water during my stay and I was not made aware of this so we couldn’t shower and I was told to go home and shower I live 3000 miles away and I was told to go home and shower. I literally am so flabbergasted at the service I received. They acted like I was acting irrational for expecting to have water, which is the most basic accommodation of a hotel is to be able to be able to shower. I would’ve been better off staying at a motel eight waste of money. Please stay anywhere else. After months of this and dealing with the rudest people who hang up on you yell at you, I’ve never so much as received an apology.

Nice place to stay on PEI. Large room with couch and fireplace as well as a high, four-poster bed. Wonderful hot breakfast selections offered in the mornings.

I'm not going to lie, I was a bit scared of what I was going to find after reading the reviews. I was so pleasantly surprised of how nice of an Inn it is. The room was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly. You can't beat the location. The breakfast was also the best we've had so far in all the hotels we've stayed in. The staff are super nice. I would definitely stay here again.
