Highly recommend using Custom Granite. Our experience start to finish was amazing. The owner Mike took time to personally walk us through the showroom and helped us pick out the perfect pieces for our kitchen. Very informative, no-pressure sales, high quality products and competitive pricing. The install crew were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. Our new kitchen is stunning and we couldn't be happier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A virtually flawless experience. From the moment selecting new countertop materials and any other marble, granite, onyx or quartz product it was all done effortlessly and professionally in a short turnaround time as well. Everyone communicated updates regarding order status on a regular basis with no hesitation in responding to customer questions and recommendations to make installation day fast and easy. From Start to Finish these Folks were a 10+. Went to 4 different dealers for Quartz installed in our kitchen. Met Mark Card on my visit to Go Granite in Stoney Creek. Tons of slabs in stock to choose from where their competitors only had small samples. Great service without being nickeled and dimed with everything. The installers were knowledgeable and respectful.

The counter we had installed looks absolutely incredible! The process was extremely easy and efficient from choosing counter top from huge selection to measure to install! Very professional and easy to deal with as we had to change the measure twice due to unforeseen hold ups in kitchen instal. Would definitely use Custom Granite again and highly recommend them to anyone!!

What an absolute pleasure to work with Custom Granite. From the minute we walked into their showroom they were interested in understanding our project and finding out what was important to us. They told us which products were best suited for our project and then we picked from literally thousands of slabs. When they came to measure our project they made suggestions and were very patient in answering all our questions. On the day of installation they were on time and we had the best crew going. They were happy and made you feel appreciated—those guys clearly love their job. Then there is Manny. She does the coordination and scheduling and she cares more about your time then what is easiest for them. If you have any questions call or email her and you get an answer immediately I have no idea how she keeps all that info in her head. We absolutely love the work they did and if you are in the market for some great countertops and incredible customer service call them.

A perfect experience from start to finish! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, starting right at reception. A warehouse full of slabs of granite and quartz to pick from. Samples to take home were available. Mike was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful in recommending slabs that complemented our floor and cabinet samples. The entire experience was timely - from the template technician to the counters being ready and to the arrival of the installers. Installers were quick, precise and left our kitchen very clean. It was very handy to be able to order the Linea Amano sinks directly from Custom Granite - an extra plus!!! We absolutely love the counter choice - polished White Sea quartzite! We highly recommend Mike and his team for excellent product and service!

Positive experience from start to finish! We love our new quartz counters and backslash, the team at Custom Granite went above and beyond to deliver on time and do flawless work. Our island required additional supports that the kitchen company should have taken care of but Mike and the team reengineered an indestructible fix.
