Freezing no heaters work. No indoor access to rooms. It’s-40 out and having to go outside to get to the room next is extreme. There is no microwave and bed is harder than the fridges cold pavement outside

Was okay for the money. Receptionist very friendly, made us Ontario folk feel welcome. Nothing to watch on tv here though.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location with a lookout of the city. Plenty of parking and a nice swimming pool for the kids. We had a great stay and if we are in the area we will most definitely stay again!

Rooms where ok, the tv doesn't work.. they offer breakfast but you have to extra paid for it ... nice location and really quiet to sleep

Very good value of money, very good location, the facilities in the room are not the newest, but very comfortable and clean, no issue with that. I will choose to stay here on my next visit to Saguenay. The only thing I am not happy with is the hot water, which takes a few minutes to arrive after turning on the tap and setting the hot water to maximum.

I enjoyed my stay. Descent clean room, comfy bed, relaxing atmosphere and it offers an impressive scenic view of the river. Not all the rooms have the same view though. The location is also good, a few minutes away by walk from the river and nearby park.

When we arrived at the reception, we were told that the pool was closed because it was filled with algae. We asked for cancellation because no pool was a major disappointment for our daughter. The receptionist called the owner who argued that he couldn't help it that the pool was unusable and tried to force us to pay a 60$ cancellation fee, then hung up on me when I disagreed. Terrible.

Certainly worth the money anyway and better than the big box hotels.And you can’t beet the view of Saguenay river you do have a restaurant and bar on site I must admit I was surprised on how large the complex was.Staff polite professional and easy going really enjoyable and if you want to access the bar you only need to show that your vacation info even though lots has changed in the past the Auberge just has to adapt like it’s customers.Would happily go back

Good value for the money. Even the non renovated rooms look fairly modern. Clean and good location. Has a heated pool as well with a lifeguard.

Inn- style lodging, offers a basic room with fridge, bed was king size, medium firm, sheets were comfortable and high quality. The view of the sunset from the verandas is amazing. A fair price for a peaceful stay.
