Jack was very punctual and prepared to install my new furnace and A/C. He was very knowledgeable and he did his job fast and professionally. He answered all of my questions and gave me many tips on how to properly maintain my new furnace and A/C system to keep them running properly and trouble-free. His price was very reasonable when compared with other installers I spoke with. I highly recommend him and am giving him five stars. Thank you, Jack.

My friend works with Jacek on larger residential work and he provided his contact to me. Jacek called back within 5 min of leaving a voicemail and diagnosed the issue over the phone.It was clear he is professional, supportive and works with customers so they're happy. I needed a central humidifier installed in my new home and Jack had the best price in my area, and was able to squeeze me in the day after I called. Jack was nice enough to install the humidifier in the least convenient spot for him in order to keep the drain line from running along the floor, and he gave detailed explanations on all the new equipment he installed. He was also kind enough to scope out a few future jobs to provide budgetary quotes while he was here. Very impressed with the level of service and competitive prices offered. We'll definitely be calling Polcomfort for our future home needs!

Our furnace broke down just when a cold snap was starting. Jack responded that same night and inspected the furnace. Unfortunately it was so corroded and beyond repair. Jack was able to make temporary fix so we could have heat in the house until he was able to install the new furnace 2 days later. Thanks Jack!We ended up getting a new furnace and AC (as our old one was also on its last leg) installed. Pricing was very competitive compared to another company who quoted us prior. Excellent work and thorough explanations provided by Jack and his partner Alex throughout this process.From our experience with their work I highly recommend them.

Jack and Darryl removed our 14 year old furnace and air conditioner today, replacing it with an Armstrong Air system. They worked quickly, thoroughly checked performance, educated us about maintenance considerations during installation process, and identified inefficiencies in our ductwork, patching what they could.The removed equipment periodically leaked discoloured liquid onto our floor, so Jack tidied up underneath, then mounted the new one on a concrete slab as pictured.We look forward to building a long-term relationship through annual checkups.

Jack installed a line for my gas stove. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and came by and did a preliminary inspection. He was prompt, professional and his pricing was fair. The online reviews were definitely accurate. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience and we will definitely be using his services in the future.

Jack was an excellent HVAC contractor when it comes to home comfort services. He did services at reasonable price ,with the great quality of the product and expertise of doing his job.
