Terrible Doctor. He wanted to prescribe me a medicine that is expensive without knowing what I have, without even trying any kind of investigation or effort to understand what is happening. Totally ignored my history and other conditions. His secretary couldn’t be less helpful. They definitely don’t care about their patients and helping people. It’s a disservice for the community. Also, hang up the video call before I finished my questions and I don’t have a clear idea about nexts steps, diagnosis or what I should do.

His secretary is awful, she could care less about his patients. And all he is, is a pill pusher. Not interested in getting to the root cause of issue or creating a plan to cure. Just write a prescription and out the door you go.

Definitely not recommend him, my wife was waiting about a year to book 3 appointment and when she claimed he said you are not in USA and paid for this service,not expect the short waiting line; he said had a 12000 patient and you are lucky to see me nowHowever he didn’t understand my wife issue and but long period waiting she suffered too much and now her illness improved and need the surgery.

Chad is okay, but his receptionist/secretary is terrible. Rude, unprofessional and completely uncaring about patients. This results is terrible care for his patients and I feel he must be unaware of this, otherwise she wouldn't still be employed. I honestly believe she doesn't care at all if his patients live or die.

I could not empathize more with previous reviews on this practitioner. He doesn't seem to care to further investigate ongoing issues with his patients. The lack of care, lack of compassion, and lack of interest in his patients overall well-being I have experienced whilst seeing this doctor is so disheartening. I hope that others who have had a similar experience are able to continue advocating for themselves, find a practitioner who truly cares, and won't tolerate being dismissed or invalidated by a medical professional.
