Pay 'n wait.Add about 40 mins to your travel plans if you choose to park here. Usually have to wait 20+ mins for a shuttle once you've parked, even during peak morning hours. This AM, while we waited 23 mins, we saw the city Billy Bishop Shuttle pass 3x. It's faster to walk up to Front St and catch that one. Parking place is safe and relatively clean, multi level parking.

This parking is in a great location, however, it is quite expensive ($20) and if you lose your ticket they will charge more regardless of the circumstances.

For monthly parking users:They record your client card information on pieces of paper (which they claim to later destroy). This is actually considered illegal by many credit card companies since someone can easily use that information!Stuff at that location:Some are ok, while others are rude. There were times I got dirty looks from some of them or refused to move their mini-busses so I can get in.Price: $200/month (you might be lucky and find other spaces which are cheaper or around the same price)Elevator: 90% of the time there is an issue with the elevators. However, there is always 1 that is running, but that might be smelly and slow.Security: there are cameras ( I don’t know if they are working)

It is extremely expensive to park here (understand it’s a prime location). If I park overnight, I have never paid less than $35 and this is less than 12 hours of parking. As for service, the lady that works there can be quite harsh when you ask her a question or when leaving parking in the morning. If it wasn’t for convenience, I will never park here.

Very difficult to find your parking spot after returning back, avoid parking here at all cost. Security doesn't know where and how to get back to your spot

Ripoff. Constantly asking for more money than advertised. Which is already not cheap!!

Today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I have been parking here for Blue Jay's games for years. I have seen the female parking attendant yelling at people and always gave her the benefit of the doubt that they had done something to warrant it but tonight I experienced her rath. We entered the garage by foot and payed for our parking before entering our car, we then waited 45-60 minutes to exit the garage (not unexpected or upset by the wait time). When we reached the exit I put the paid ticket into the machine to exit and the machine informed me I needed to pay an additional $4 (after paying the max). I asked the attendant why it was asking for additional funds, she then began screaming at me you need to pay! You need to pay more!" I explained to her that I had already paid and should not be penalized for the long wait to exit the garage. She then came up and into my window and was screaming and pointing her finger in my face. I will not ever be using this parking garage again and I will be sharing this review on all of the Blue Jay's fan pages so that no one will have to experience this for themselves. To be clear my issue was not and still is not the cost of the parking

Was my favourite parking lot until they increased their prices by 47%. Will still park her but if there is a closer lot to my destination I'm more likely to park closer than to park here and walk.

No stars but I had to put one. I just found out that I parked all day yesterday for $15 and today they want me to pay $34. That's crazy. Double the price overnight.
