Wonderful experience ordering new heating/cooling units for our independent hotel. Help during research phase, ordering and shipment was much appreciated. All phases handled with genuine customer care and appreciation. Even with a 3rd party shipping issue, they went to bat for us to solve the problem. With that level of service, we will order again.

Very good service, very reactive, I needed to replace quickly an old through the wall air conditioner and I didn't find any company who was able to do that until I find Airconditioners Canada via Google, one call, he (Cheskel Goldberg) found very quickly a model similar I needed and they installed it the afternoon of the same day!!! I stongly recommend this company. Thank you!

I was searching for a specific air conditioner and could not find anywhere online, Mid City was recommended to me buy a friend. I called and spoke to the owner, who was very nice and helpful. The service was prompt and great prices.The shipping was fast and the unit was exactly as described. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or rent an air conditioner for the summer.I also rented a unit for my office in the summer, service was excellent, and I didn’t have the hassle of trying to store and maintain the unit in the winter, Thanks.

Excellent service. My air conditioner broke down on a Sunday, I called on Monday and they were able to send people out right away to repair a broken motor and fan. They had all the parts in stock, were considerate, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job!
