I've rented vehicles from this location several times now and always had a great experience. Modi was super helpful the last two times I was there and ensured that everything was good before I drove off. I even got upgraded to a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a rental

Extremely bad experience ever!!! We scheduled to get the car at 5pm (last for three days) but we waited until 5:50pm before they just start the rental procedures. The agent promised us that we can return the cars around 5:50pm today. However, the agent called us with a bad attitude at 4:30 and said we need to return the car before 5PM or we need to pay extra. The agent was making no sense at all. Worst service ever!!!!! Just don't rent car at here...

Staff is very nice and friendly. They gave me a very good vehicle and a good package. I dealt with them 3 times and on each occasion they guided me properly about the rental terms etc. Very much recommended.

Not a good experience. I booked a full size car week ago online and i also confirmed with them via phone but when I went to pick up the car they gave me mid size kia which was not even cleaned well. Overall, it wasn’t that good.

Called to say they wouldn't have a vehicle for us and cancelled the reservation after we booked and paid. Offered no solutions or assistance in being reimbursed. Had to call the 1800# to be refunded and have to wait 7 to 10 days for the money to returned. Would NOT recommend.

Also I have just checked my credit card after 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund.How do you run a business

Although the staffs are very friendly, somehow they always manage to overbook. It will not be surprising if they call you on the day of the booking or the day before, to say that they don’t have any cars for you, even though you booked through the Hertz app which didn’t complain about the availability. They did it twice with my booking already! They even said that they have to accommodate people who booked months before, and I kept wondering why I have to worry about that when there should be a proper inventory management from a reputed organization like Hertz! Very disappointing experiences so far.

Reserved a Tesla for a work trip where I wanted to prioritize driving electric. Was called a day before my trip to say they don’t have a car for me despite making the booking over 1 week in advance and the reservation being confirmed. Really put me in a pinch and added a lot of frustration last minute. Will not rent here again because I’m not convinced I’ll actually receive the car I book. Hertz seems good at taking reservations, but not holding reservations as Seinfeld would say.

The vehicle received dirty from inside, phone connection was not working, vehicle shakes as soon as it hits 100 km. Maintenance Dashboard lights came on on the second day of the rental. Customer service subpar, they seem not interested in listening to their customers. Very disappointing experience.Breaks needs service

I rented a car from this location and not to mention the customer service is extremely exceptional and excellent! I dealt with Modi in person and he’s a gem of a person. I also spoke on phone with Abhishek and Dhruv and they also provided me with the information that I needed. If you’re looking for rental, this is the place! Highly recommended!
