Our furnace needs to be replaced and got a quote from another big local company and was extremely high. We contacted LG Home Comfort which came out the same day and gave us a much more affordable quote. Something the other company never mentioned. They were very professional, safe, and timely! They came out two days later and installed a new furnace for us. The techs were great and had great customer service! We have had it for about a week and are super happy so far! Highly recommended

Highly recommend LG Home Comfort for your water heater needs. They are super responsive to inquiries, knowledgeable, and perform quality work. I have a complex setup in which the water heater also powers the heating system for my home. The type of tank I had is no longer being made so when I needed to replace my old tank last year, LG did a great job replacing the tank and also was able to make a conversion on my system to work with standard tanks. I also needed further work done recently to replace a faulty valve and they were able to perform the service within a day

I contacted this company regarding repair to my gas water heater. They texted me right away and asked me for the model and serial number of the unit. I sent it over to them right away. They contacted me again after a while and said the burner is likely covered under a recall warranty and gave me the manufacturer's number to call. When I called the manufacturer, indeed it was covered under warranty!! This company is most definitely knowledgeable, honest, and very professional! I will most definitely be calling them again for service. Thank you again LG Home Comfort.

In October I needed my water heater replaced, called LG Home Comfort as my friend referred them with flying colors. Came to the house with a replacement heater, the same brand, and model that I currently had, in case I was ready to have the heater replaced. Danny, the water heater specialist was outstanding, he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and did a great job, even explaining specifics as the job proceeded. Danny's work was flawless. The price was very reasonable. Very happy customers and would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

They replaced our furnace. Every one of the people who came out behaved with respect and were very helpful. There was a miscommunication with the installation of the drainage of the humidifier but that was resolved. Although there was a problem with the installation of that pump causing the furnace not to work. I called and they came out promptly and the young man figured out the problem and fixed it. All in all the service was very good. An honest mistake was made and they fixed it immediately. I am very happy with LG Home Comfort's performance.

Amazing experience from start to finish. LG Home Comfort was meticulous in its quoting process. I was billed exactly what was quoted. Noor visited the site before the installation to ensure he knew all he needed to know before he started the job. He and his team came on time and prepared, did excellent work on a very tricky installation, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I wish all my house maintenance jobs could go as smoothly as this one. All are amazing to work with.

I had a wonderful experience with LG Home Comfort. We had a very old water heater that began leaking water when certain appliances were being used, which got worse rapidly. I reached out to several vendors, and LG Home Comfort was very fast to respond, was clear in their communication, and offered fair prices. We were able to get on the calendar within a few days. The installation process was a breeze; super smooth and quick. These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Please do NOT use this company. I have an LG dual inverter system and a fuse went off in the outside unit. One of their technicians came but only after paying $150. The technician said he didn't have the part with him (the fuse) but that he was going to get it and be back the same day or the following day. He never showed up. After 2 weeks of successive calls that were ignored, I made my way up to Vaughn to their office. Finally, someone came to me and proceeded to say how I needed to install a whole new system at a cost of over $11 000, but that they were able to find a way to replace the compressor for only" $4100. This was all a lie! I eventually was able to fix it by replacing a simple fuse for $5. I don't know how these people are allowed to get away with something like this. Be aware of positive reviews

Our 20-year-old water heater popped a leak and needed to be replaced. Hamdan came out to our house same-day, checked out the situation, and replaced our water heater right away. He was very careful and thorough and explained everything in a detailed fashion. Based on my experience, I would readily recommend this company to anyone.
