Carter rentals is very professional.The storefront is very clean.I needed a van for a day trip to Niagara Falls.Pat the manager was very helpful and friendly.He helped us with what we needed.I will be coming back.I highly recommend them.

I needed a last minute car rental, and Carter's was the only place in the City that had any stock of cars. I asked for their cheapest model which they did not have in stock, so they rented me a more expensive model for the same price. The process was straight forward, Patrick was very accommodating and I will continue to rent from Carter's in the future. Awesome service.

I had an excellent experience renting through this company. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the staff was friendly and on the ball. The vehicle was spotless, in great shap and ready to go. When I Returned it, no problems and again the staff was great!
