The current regular staff that are working here are amazing. The staff that work at this particular Tim's on Greber are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. This is really the only Tim's in Gatineau that you should go to. Keep up the good work.

Took about 45 min to get my order. When I recieved it my drinks were mediums instead of larges, and were only full about 3/4 of the way and the ice had melted which like HOW its 6 degrees outside....I also ordered a box of Timbits which I did not receive. Every Tim Hortons is mediocre at its absolute best these days but this one is something else

Showed up and ordered crispy chicken wrap and roast beef sandwich, get to the window to be told they don’t have either a so he gave me a grilled chicken wrap. Get home only to see that it was shredded chicken, no bacon, just terrible. Also ordered 20 timbits, but received only 16. So bad

Customer service skills in drive thru are non existant !!!!!!! Guy started with your order ! " no hello no welcome to Tim Hortons no nothing but "your order" and Thats 8.20. And something about Gatineau Drive thrus. I dont understand why I have to wait 30 mins. Theres no excuse for that."

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Every single time I go, I swear, they get my order wrong. All teenagers who work there. Nothing wrong with giving them work, but they have 0 work ethic and clearly despise their job.

Despite the sign at the drive through they were are not open 24 hours. The employee was making their morning coffee and opened the window and said they only open at 5am. Besides that the food is good there.

I love this store, I live around the corner, we are here everyday 2 and sometimes 3 times a day, been visiting for over 5 years, my kid is addicted to the 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes. Today instead of taking the drive through we walked here and order the standard four cheese bagel and was very specific to ask for the cream cheese and tomatoes. The girl placed it on the counter and mumbled something I can’t understand I waited if it was someone else’s because I didn’t know what she said, then tried to ask her if this was mine, but she rudely made sure to ignore me completely, my kid found out that it didn’t have tomatoes, so I went back to double check if it was mine they asked me if I ordered it with tomatoes, my response was absolutely, so she grabbed it out of my hand shuvved tomatoes inside and almost through it in my face. I completely understand if the cashier forgot to punch the tomatoes, I was extremely polite with all but never aeen such rudeness. I love the store everybody has been extremely friendly. I don’t understand her rudeness, I didn’t even ask her to fix it I was just making sure it was actually mine. I don’t think a customer should be treated this bad even if she is having a bad day!
