I bought a use vehicle, and had a few complaints in which I told to the salesman Gabriel about as soon as I noticed. They took care of all that was bothering me as soon as they received the parts if not repaired immediately. They even gave me a ride to work and offered to come pick me up again while my vehicle was taken care of by a well trained mechanic named Michel. Oh and ladies at the Service are extremely welcoming and professional. Great job team!! Thanks Edmundston Honda. :D

I had to stop over while on vacation and got the most exceptional service! The team Steve, Marlene and Sophie are incredible!!!! keep it up! they were great with my last minute stop over, they did everything possible to help me get back on the road! way up and beyond my expectations!

A very well managed dealership. Bought an outboard motor there and received excellent service. Also periodically bring in an ATV and scooter for maintenance/repair and always satisfied with the results.

Superior service! We had a tire blow-out traveling through NB. Put on the spare and made it to Edmunston. We were greeted by the General Manager as we were waiting for the service department to open. From there, we were very well taken care of, lots of smiles and chats, and offers of coffee. They checked in with us several times as we waited for the work to be done. Less than 2 hours and we were back on the road. Friendly and efficient. We were impressed!

A big Thank You for the service department. My wife and I were traveling from Ontario to a wedding in Halifax in our CRV. The check tire pressure light came on. I dropped into the service dept at 8 am with no appointment. The staff were very polite, professional and resolved the issue quickly. They even showed me how to reset my screen should it occur again. It was caused by change of barometric pressure and had nothing to do with tire. I was very impressed by how well I was treated by the service staff at Edmunston Honda. Makes me glad to be a Honda owner.

Had an awesome experience with every department! Sales sold me a new Ridgeline and shared lot of helpful information I needed for the purchase! Service has always been on the ball and very accommodating! And parts department was very good with helping and quick to provide! Super knowledgeable and awesome staff! Shout out to Kevin & Melanie and everyone else who makes the visit feel good!
