Really bad customer service, the 3 girls look like they didn’t want to be there or work there, snarling at customers. Last time I go there, for the prices you guys have at least the customer service should be good

I am a long time Starbucks customer. I ordered a tall medium roast (drip) and they told me they were out of drip coffee so they asked me if they could make me an Americano. I said sure" as this has happened to me before in my Starbucks patronage (and I have never had to pay for the price of the Americano if they were out of drip). They insisted I had to pay for the price of an Americano even though it was their fault that they were out of drip coffee. I thought maybe the person was new and didn't really know how Starbucks operated but they said "no that's always our policy"..... And it was a terrible

Some employees are very friendly and attentive, which is much appreciated, but some are far less attentive, which is not.They make good coffees though and are recommended.

When people order 4 shots of espresso, make sure they are 4 FRESH shots. Every time I go here, they run the espresso twice and call it 2 shots. UNACCEPTABLE. Do better.

Lin is amazing, and just has the uncanny ability to connect with customers. She seems to know the perfect thing to say and the perfect drink to suggest. I had to ask her if I knew her from somewhere else because she just felt like a familiar friend the first time I met her. The other staff are also super friendly and fast. Even the Safeway manager is super kind and friendly. I’ve never had anything but the best experiences at this Starbucks.

Very slow. They never have any of the seasonal items they advertise, Can't do mobile orders, can't pay with my app unless its a gift card, and my order has always come out wrong , no one really knows what's going on here

Stopped in for my coveted half pike half dark roast venti at around 6pm and was told we do not serve drip coffee at this hour" …when they close at 8pm. Not exactly impressed seeing as coffee is what is your primary item being sold.I understand low volume however 2 hours before closing? Drip coffee is not a high cost item to be dumped out if not all sold."
