What a great experience it was ordering from Canada Ice. With very little notice they were able to not only accommodate our order but even meet the very narrow delivery window we had. The delivery person was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting the order to the space it needed to get to. I will be recommending them and definitely be using them again.

We worked with Canada Ice for our wedding - couldn't have been a hotter day in July this year! Ryan and the team were professional, quick, on time and delivery on both sides was seamless. I think I was the paranoid one... and they just made all the stress go away! We also rented one of their event cooling bins - was perfect and large for our needs. Door to door to door. I contacted Canada Ice to help us with ice for my small backyard wedding. Ryan was great to work with, he responded really quickly, helped us determine exactly how much ice we would need to fill our canoe bar, and the price he quoted was unbeatable. On the day of the wedding the ice was delivered on time, David was super helpful and we had more than enough for the whole night. I would highly recommend working with these guys if you need ice!

If you need a large amount of ice. Canada Ice is an amazing choice. Ryan was so helpful during the quoting process and was even willing to help me figure out a solution for drinking water at my event. They delivered to Orangeville, when most other ice companies would not and even have the option of storage container rental to keep your ice overnight. All this, and I accidentally booked the ice for the wrong day, and Ryan was able to deliver ice for the day I had intended. Really nice and accommodating. 100% will use again and recommend to anyone who needs ice.

Ryan has always been there to ensure that everything I needed was provided and within the timeframe needed - whether I gave him ample notice or short notice, he always comes through from me! I am the Purchasing Manager at a hotel/resort and I truly appreciate that I can rely on Ryan and his team. Delivery and pick up is seamless ... I highly recommend Canada Ice!!!
