Recently I was coming off one of the worst days of my life. I lost my job, and that honestly took a toll on me. I was looking into a new IPhone 13 at an affordable rate, as my budget was tight at the moment. My day absolutely turned around for the better after being served by one of the sales reps named Jeremy, who was so helpful and kind and got me the phone at an incredible rate! It was at this moment I remembered that life is simply a series of obstacles, and it is up to ourselves whether or not to overcome them. I will be telling my friends about this spot, and want to thank the amazing staff for great service!

EXCELLENT experience at Bell Dorval. I recently got iPhone 13 Pro, felt like it was too small. I wanted to exchange for a bigger phone (Pro Max). Went to the store but it was closed, so I called the next day and they were very nice to me. Jeremy, the sales rep, exchanged my phone and really helped my case. I went a few days later to exchange for iPhone 13 Pro Max: the manager, as well as Jeremy, were extremely competent and helpful. The manager is industrious and motivated, she really knew how to do her job. They both helped me every step of the way in getting the phone that feels best for my needs.

Great Service, answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable. I am not too shabby with technology these days, and the sales rep Jeremy made it seem simple. I will be telling my family to shop here for future phones!

The service today at the Bell Dorval Garden office was excellent. Patrick was professional, patient and efficient. Jason was also more than kind and helpful.
