It’s better to order your products on Amazon than come to this location. Extremely POOR customer service. Actually I should say these employees have NO customer service skills whatsoever. Not supporting this location any longer.

The customer service of some of the people working in this store makes their franchise/ brand name look extremely bad. Products are good, never had an issue with the manager SIDIK, he’s actually gone out of his way to help me out many times. How ever, the tall black guy (sorry dont know how else to describe him) always has an attitude when speaking to customers or addressing their needs. He seems like he does not want to be there , or even be helpful, but when he’s flirting with young women, all of the sudden he has all the energy in the world. I am not going to get into details online, but it’s clear this store has a record of disrespectful employees. Go train your employees on how to present proper customer service and not condescend people FOR ANY REASON ESP FOR NO REASON, AS THIS IS YOUR PLACE OF WORK. It’s not that hard to understand. While youre at it, give them a lesson on etiquette and explain why u don’t talk down to other people’s mothers because clearly there was no broughtupsy. Funny thing is, that’s all it takes for people to want to go elsewhere, how you TREAT your customers. If someone can’t understand that, it will be made obvious in due time when the locations closes down. Why even keep them around to embarrass your brand name even more in the first place? Just know, when i get wind of someone disrespecting my mother, i feel disrespected myself and i will not allow it especially if it was un called for. Everyone has bad days at work, but it’s the third time ive heard/ witnessed him being disrespectful, im tired of it. Something has to change or i will go higher up and make the change happen myself. Go disrespect and condescendingly speak down to your own mom. Not mine. Shame on you fr. This will get resolved and there will be an apology best believe that.

This was my Go to health store since they opened their doors. However, I haven’t been shopping there much since the ending of 2022. It seems as though they have trouble retaining their staff because staff turnover is frequent. Sadly, whenever I manage to find a staff on the floor, she/he has limited product knowledge. In addition, the wait time to check out is much too long. Staff are not pleasant and it’s hard to build professional relationships because they are not these long enough. With regards to the organic bananas and vegetables, I don’t buy them as much because unless you plan to use them the same day, you will May as well recycle them because they rot easily.

Moving towards healthy life style, must visit this store. The place itself has good vibe, Ofcourse the products too. Hakim you are the best.

Great selection of natural supplements from Vitamins to Sports Nutrition. Clean and go to place for me. DP’s always been a great help from guidance to customer service 10/10.

This location is busy as it is a popular store. Staff are attentive. Irfana Hakim made my shopping experience pleasant and valuable, she has tons of ideas and well knowledged she is. The product is good a value for the price.

I was looking for good supplements and I don't have any knowledge about it. I went to this store a guy name Davinder (who also goes by the name DP) ; educated me on great supplements needed to fulfill my nutrition needs . He was very knowledgeable about the products that he got me. It was a ptotien I liked the taste and have given me results too . It was a great experience every time going to this store and consulting with DP on my nutritional needs . It has now been more than a year I am buying supplements from DP.

Found this location in Scarborough and it’s amazing , stuff is very welcoming and friendly, it’s my second visit to this location, highly recommend for those who looking for more healthy alternatives, and they always have great deals , check it out if you near by !

The nutritionist wasn't buzzy at all and he said there was a big line up and he had no access to a computer. Lies and irresponsible as I took pictures to show him there wasn't any else in the store but me . Very nasty behavior as told the supervisor of this noncence as he told me I wasn't allowed to take photos against the law ?

My go to shop for protein powder and vitamins. Staff are always willing to help and are friendly. Good selection of everything you could need. One criticism is that when a line forms staff need to react quickly to open another register. Overall good experience.
